Ijaz Khan, Founder & Chairman of Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP), is committed to empowering Pakistan’s youth, who make up 64% of the population, through leadership, innovation, and community engagement. With a degree in International Relations, Ijaz has led over 500 programs and campaigns as Pakistan's first Youth Representative. Recognized by political leaders, media, and institutions, he has been featured on PTV News, HUM TV, Pashto TV, and major radio stations.

YOP's vision is to empower Pakistan's youth through leadership, skill development, and social responsibility, enabling them to drive positive change and contribute to the nation's progress. We aim to create an inclusive society where youth play a key role in addressing social challenges and shaping Pakistan's future.
We focus on providing opportunities for youth to participate in decision-making, advocate for their rights, and influence policies. YOP envisions a future where Pakistan’s youth are empowered to lead, foster unity, and drive social and economic progress.
