Youth Organization Pakistan
Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP) is a leading research-based think tank, youth organization, and volunteer network dedicated to empowering young people and shaping a better future for Pakistan. Established on March 23, 2021, by visionary leader Ijaz Khan, YOP has rapidly grown into Pakistan’s largest youth platform, boasting a membership of over 15,000+ active individuals.
As a dynamic youth-led movement, YOP is committed to leadership development, sustainable progress, national integration, and global engagement. Through extensive programs, research, and advocacy, YOP equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to drive social change and contribute to national development.
Founder & chairman
Ijaz Khan
Ijaz Khan is a visionary youth leader, Political Analyst (Domestic and Global Affairs)and policy advocate, dedicated to empowering young minds and fostering leadership across Pakistan. As the Chairman of Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP), he leads one of the largest youth-driven platforms in the country, focusing on leadership development, education, policy-making, and community engagement.
Under his leadership, YOP has organized over 500 programs, events, and social campaigns, impacting thousands of young individuals nationwide. His mission is to provide opportunities for youth to grow, lead, and actively participate in national and global affairs. With a strong background in diplomacy, international relations, and peacebuilding, Ijaz Khan believes in the power of young people to drive change, shape policies, and build a better future for Pakistan. Through YOP, he envisions a dynamic platform where the youth of Pakistan collaborate, innovate, and lead with integrity and purpose, ensuring their voices contribute to national and global development.
